You must sign in on Thursday between 5:30 and 6:00 P.M.  Participants arriving after 6:00 P.M. may not be accepted into the class.  Departure is on Sunday at 5:30 P.M.

Bring all baggage and personal items when you report for sign-in.  You will not be permitted to leave the area and a personal search will be conducted immediately after sign-in.  All medications must be turned over to Access staff at this point.  Medications will be given to you, at your request, during program breaks.

*No evening meal is served on Thursday so it is advisable to have your evening meal before arriving at the program.

Family members and friends may not accompany you beyond the entrance to the motel.

Once registration is completed on Thursday, we will begin program intake, orientation and classes.  You will be confined to the classroom area until programming adjourns at approximately 9:00 P.M.

There will be breaks between classes as designated by program staff.  During breaks, clients must remain in the area designated by staff.

After evening programming is concluded, ACCESS clients will be escorted to sleeping rooms in the motel.  Once you have been taken to your assigned room, you will not be permitted to leave the room for any reason other than emergencies such as fire, weather disasters, or a health crisis.  Security personnel will be on hand to insure strict enforcement of this rule.  If you should leave your room for any reason than those listed above, it is grounds for immediate dismissal from the program and notification to the court.

Lights out will be at 12:00 midnight. This will be strictly enforced.  TV’s, radios, etc., must be off at this time.  Wake-up will be at 7:30 A.M.  There will be one hour for personal hygiene.

All ACCESS participants will be checked closely at registration for signs of alcohol/other drug use.  Anyone arriving at the program with the odor of alcohol about them or with evidence of intoxication/impairment will not be permitted to sign in.  The court will be notified of all such instances.

If at any time during the weekend an ACCESS client is exhibiting indications of intoxication/impairment, they will be discharged from the program and the court notified.

During classes and movements between classes, it will be necessary to limit noise and activity that would be disruptive to others.  ACCESS staff will insist on courteous behavior at all times.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ONLY, family members may contact the Holiday Inn at (513)863-8330.  Only incoming emergency calls will be allowed.  An Access staff member will approve all incoming calls.

Dismissal time is approximately 5pm.
